Pinwheel Garland

Each garland measures 5 feet - with room to space out the balls - 3.5 ft if no spacing is used. Includes 40 woolie balls! Each end of the garland has a loop for easy hanging. There are no knots in the string in order to make spacing customizable with a gentle tug. The felt balls will stay in place without knots!
